Policies

TERMS: 2% 15 days from date of invoice, NET 30, with approved credit.

FREIGHT: All freight is prepaid on orders of $500.00 or more in the continental 48. Outside the continental 48, i.e. : Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, freight prepaid to port of export.

Standard UPS charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Spectro will email purchaser final total cost that includes shipping costs prior to shipping purchase out.

Spectro Wire prepays shipping charges and adds them to your invoice. Contact Spectro Wire if cost of shipping is required before shipping.

MINIMUM BILLING: $25.00

DELIVER: Most items are in stock for immediate shipment.

RETURNS: No returns after 30 days. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

TAXES: All prices are subject o Federal, State and Local taxes when and where applicable.

CREDIT: We require 5 trade references to establish an account.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages, erroneous charges or pricing errors must be presented to Spectro Wire within 30 days of invoice date or will not be allowed.

BACKORDERS: Backorders will be shipped freight prepaid as soon as item is in stock if the backorder totals $15.00 or more, otherwise the item will be cancelled from the order.

SPECIAL OR MADE TO ORDER: Made to order ie: battery Cables, Booster Cables, Wire Dyeing and Stripping are non-returnable and non-cancelable if product is already made.
